September 15, 2015: Daddy said he used to run a lot when he was younger. He said he even ran long distance on a team. Today, I went to a cross country meet. Anna, the girl who watches me, runs with the local high school and we went to cheer her on….she is really fast and really good. She even beat some of the boys! I watched her every move and couldn’t wait to give her a pat on the back when she was done. I think I might like to try running three miles across fields when I get bigger. It looks fun! After seeing her run, I’m having a hard time believing daddy ever did anything like that. I mean, he gets tired cutting the grass.
