February 1, 2023: I thought dad was going crazy. My hands were so dry, my skin felt burning. It hurt so much I wanted to cry. I told daddy I needed a bandaid. Instead, he got out lotion and gloves. Um, oooooookay. Then he didn’t put a little lotion on my hands, he put a LOT. Too much. Then he had me put gloves on over all the lotion. It made me laugh it was so silly. But guess what? It worked! My hands felt better a few hours later. Crazy old man was right!
