November 22, 2015: Last night daddy had a special birthday party. It was for grown ups only, so I stayed home with grammie and grandpa.  The party was in Detroit. It is where he grew up and it is his favorite city. He talks about it all the time. This morning I took a trip to meet daddy and finally got to visit Detroit! Actually, I didn’t really see much of the city. I only saw the hotel where daddy stayed, but technically it was in Detroit. And, the hotel had some pretty pictures of the city. Daddy said we’re going back in a couple days and that I’ll get to see more then. I’m excited.  I hear he’s a really good tour guide.
