March 2, 2016: I like being surprised. One minute you are sitting there trying to get another lick of mommy’s lollipop, the next you see grandpa’s truck pull in the driveway. It’s a feeling of getting something you didn’t even know you wanted. Or like when daddy sneaks around the corner when he gets home from work. Or when I pick up one toy and another one was stuck underneath. You’d be surprised how many situations warrant my “shocked” face. Mommy and daddy think it’s pretty funny so I think they try to surprise me on purpose. Today daddy chased me around the kitchen island, but it was funny…not surprising.
