April 7, 2016: I know, I know. I should just listen to mommy when she says she has a cool day planned for us. This time she was right again. I don’t know how she did it, but she topped yesterday. Not only did I get to do all the fun things like playing in the toy store, watching the elevators go up and down, and watching the kids swim, I also went to the Great Lakes Children’s museum. They had fish on the floor, water in a special table, and ceiling fans. It was incredible! I can’t believe daddy missed it. He would’ve loved it. He did get a break and took me to the pool…I thought watching the kids over the last couple days would help, but the water was still too cold. I only got my feet wet. Mommy said it didn’t matter if I couldn’t do it and that I looked super cute in my swimsuit. I couldn’t agree more! Daddy treated us to ice cream after. Mommy was right again. Sigh. Ice cream is yummy!
