August 17, 2016: Squirrels are all over our neighborhood.  I see them running around our backyard a lot. They are so cute. There was a squirrel who ran in front of me and then he climbed up a tree. I wanted to pet him. Climbing the tree looked easy, so I decided to try it. I didn’t get very far. I think I need more practice. Mommy said I also need different shoes. Aunt Ellen knows a lot about shoes. I’ll have to ask her if she knows what kind of special squirrel shoes I need for climbing trees.
