January 10, 2017: The winter is long. The weather is cold and unpredictable. Plus there are only so many things you can do inside. I haven’t seen the kids in the backyard in a really long time. I love mommy and daddy and grammie and papa, but I could use some time with kids my age. Papa tried to help by building a me-size snowman in the front yard. It was great, but then it got warm and he tipped over. His hat blew across the street. Grammie and mommy tried to help and cut my toast into letters. Then they expected me to eat them. We played with stamps in the basement, but I wasn’t allowed to stamp the walls. Mommy suggested I play with Finley, but she doesn’t know any Paw Patrol characters. I tried showing her around Adventure Bay, but she drooled all over Katie’s Pet Salon. Daddy says mommy is taking me to school on Friday and there will be other kids there. I’m really looking forward to it.
