October 20, 2017:  Finley and I came up with a sneaky plan to surprise mommy today. She hasn’t been pushing the milestones as much as she used to so we decided to make sure she knows we are still learning. Finley started stacking blocks, which is one of mommy’s major milestones. She makes a big deal of that one. I decided to surprise her by pointing out all the numbers in our numbers books. I think she already knew I know all my numbers, but if you’re going to give your mommy a milestone surprise…knowing your numbers is a good one. Maybe now she will realize we are learning stuff whether she keeps track or not.
