October 9, 2018: I give up. The shoe police have got me beat. I finally found a pair I like. They are gray with sparkles. They are soft and broken in. They are mine. But oooooooohhhh no, now everyone wants me to wear a NEW pair of shoes. Mommy has been trying for weeks. What’s wrong with the shoes I have now? So they’re a little tight, so what, I like them this way. Anyway, I gave up and put on some shoes grammie found for me. I wouldn’t have, but they’re pink with sparkles and I have taste. I hate to admit it, but they were right. I do like ’em.
