December 20, 2018:  The last few days before Christmas are known as the days of cookie prep. Well at least in our family that’s what we do. Daddy says that cookies are a critical part of Christmas. We need to make lots of them and practice to make the best ones for Santa Claus. He knows what Santa likes cause he has a big belly too.
