December 13, 2019: Today is the day! It’s been a long week. We’re tired of missing daddy. We need to hug and squeeze him. Luckily he comes home tonight. I think mommy’s excited too. She put up the rest of the Christmas lights. She said it was to surprise us after school, but really it was for daddy.
