December 24, 2019: Well, we missed the first party. Grrr. Mommy and Daddy did their best to make us forget about it. After a quick trip to the doctor, grammie and papa brought us a couple of presents to open, we built a fort in the family room (which mommy never lets us do!), and made cookies for Santa. Overall it was a good day. Would we rather have spent the day playing with our cousins? Yes! Oh well. At least we’re ready for Santa tomorrow. Daddy confirmed Santa still comes if you are sick.
