February 25, 2016: All the kids in the neighborhood got something called a ‘snow day’ today. Apparently that means they don’t have to go to school and get to play outside. I was kinda mad when I saw them out there playing with their sleds in the snow. I don’t get to go to school and mommy and daddy never let me do the fun things I want to do like all the big kids. Luckily grammie likes to be adventurous and grandpa isn’t good at saying no! They helped me put on my snowsuit and really cool boots, and then we went outside. It was cold. I love the cold. We even got to play with the sled Aunt Meghan gave me! We went all around the house. It’s really fast! Then I got to try running in the snow. I’m not very good at it, but I’m going to practice again tomorrow. Grammie and grandpa are coming over.
