April 27, 2016: One of my favorite things in gym class is the balance beam. It’s super cool. Now when I’m not in gym class I like to walk on any other skinny beam-like things I can find. That includes mommy’s garden bricks. She doesn’t let me walk on them, but daddy does! Since I’ve been teaching my babydoll how to do somersaults, I also thought she would like to try the balance beam. Today, I started her balance beam training on my alphabet toy. It has a skinny wooden bar across the top that looks like a beam! Her feet aren’t flat so she didn’t stay on as well as I do. Guess we’ll just have to keep practicing!
