October 23, 2020: I think I know why mommy likes teaching us. When someone learns something they didn’t know because you taught it to them if feels really good. This morning we went for a walk and found a large group of really big mushrooms. Mommy stopped to show us but she didn’t know what they were called. I told her they were ink caps! I had read about them in my nature book and recognized them immediately. Something tells me by the end of kindergarten I’m going to be the teacher and mommy will be the student.
