January 6, 2021: Daddy got his foggy eye fixed. We weren’t prepared for him to come home and have to rest in the dark. No one told us he wouldn’t be totally fine right away so we were very concerned. Mommy said he was good but his eyes needed to adjust to the light. Regardless, we jumped into action. Jameson found a bell and attached it next to daddy on the bed. We told him to ring it whenever he needed anything! Daddy wasn’t sure he knew how to use it so we had him practice. He asked us for water, chocolate, books, back rubs, games, blankets, pillows, and we were surprised he got it pretty quick. Luckily, you really can teach an old dog new tricks!
