March 17, 2021: Dad lived in Ireland and says he knows a lot about our Irish heritage. We aren’t so sure. He tried to make us Shamrock Shakes to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, but they came out brown. Ugh, every Irish person knows they’re supposed to be green. At least they taste good. Slainte!
