May 17, 2021: They’ve all grown up. It’s time for them to leave the nest. Jameson read them “Flap Your Wings” and drew instructions for them so they know how to fly. We made a butterfly cake. They came to our school to learn about their butterfly family. Harley said goodbye. We had a party. We invited a neighbor to watch. Grammie and papa wanted to see, so they came over too. Then we said goodbye and we let them all fly off into the wild blue yonder. They did great. Make sure you come back to visit Rainbow, Pink, Lucy, Sue, and Flutter. Also, rest in peace Banana. Oh, I almost forgot! Daddy braided three braids and then braided those into one braid. Mommy must be flummoxed.
