May 29, 2021: Ah, yes, Saturday. The weekend. No school. Just a no brain day…or so we thought. Mommy managed to turn a simple bicycle trip downtown for ice cream into a detour through Veterans Park to see the flowers grammie planted earlier in the morning and then throw in a history lesson. At least we still got ice cream.
