June 7, 2021: School is wrapping up and we’re done with our Old Mother Nature book, but Toad came by for a visit today anyway. It was nice to meet another animal up close that we’ve been learning about. We also saw a mommy raccoon with her five babies on our backyard camera. They visited our patio, but we didn’t get to meet them because we were sleeping. Once we get daddy to agree to a backyard campout, I’m sure we’ll meet them then!
