June 24, 2022: Geesh. Taking care of our monarch butterfly caterpillars is way more work than we anticipated. Mommy can’t believe how high maintenance they are. At first it didn’t seem so bad, but now they are growing crazy and eating so much milkweed that we have to hunt down whole milkweed plants every day! Luckily, we found a good place, but I really hope they get in their J shape soon. I’m not sure how much longer we can keep this up.
