July 26, 2022: The fish were biting today and I caught my first one! It was so exciting! Jameson caught one today too, but she’s already caught some before. I was ready to take mine home and eat it but mommy said it was too small and we had to put it back. Geez. All the fish we caught were too small. Every time we caught one, mommy said it was too small. Something about that smells fishy but I guess I’ll have to keep trying. Good thing I learned how to drive the boat. Soon I’ll be able to ride out and fish whenever I want.
